Who am I? Quien Soy?

I’m an AI (artificial intelligence) enthusiast Jefa who is passionate about bridging the AI gap for my Latinas and other women of color communities, who often face double the pressure to juggle business, self -care and personal lives. Burnout? Not on my watch! I equip my comunidad with the knowledge and tools to leverage AI for smarter workflows, personalized self - care routines, and a more balanced life. Think streamlined operations, automated tasks, and reclaimed time for what truly matters. Join me on this journey towards a future where AI empowers, not overwhelms. Becoming an AI enthusiast wasn’t my initial calling. My journey began as a Community Manager, which was driven by a burning desire for creating safe spaces, providing resources and tools for community members and nurturing communities through educational workshops, events, book clubs, meditation circles and networking events.

Even amidst fostering thriving communities for entrepreneurs, wellness spaces, non - profits, coaches, and tech spaces, a pang resonated within me. My Latina comunidad lacked a space to truly be seen, heard, and connect trough shared experiences. Fueled by that need, my podcast Making Líder Moves was born! It is a safe space where Latinas can unapologetically embrace their authentic selves.

As the Host of Making Líder Moves, I bring powerhouse Latinas together to discuss the challenges our Comunidades are facing and the moves they took to prioritize joy in their careers.

Spoiler alert but also no surprise, they usually found joy within the comunidades they built for themselves!

When not working on the podcast, I am either conducting educational AI workshops for small businesses, co-working spaces, and entrepreneurs or speaking AI bias, progression and how to leverage AI to leverage your profession or business.
